During this part of the course I have facilitated one collaborative project and taken part in two further collaborations with OCA student Vicky White. Alongside these projects I have continued to run a silent crit group, that brings together students from different disciplines as well as some alumni students. I have also extended this group beyond these slightly more formal sessions into a more social space to encourage connectivity, and a place to share thoughts and ideas beyond our course work.
In addition I manage another student led social group, again from different disciplines, with current students and alumni. These sessions encourage support within a wider artistic community, develop confidence and are a safe place to extend ideas and creativity for discussion.
